Michael Elfant is the founder and principal of Tru Habitat. Michael has a diverse background in real estate, finance and entrepreneurship. Prior to founding Tru Habitat, Michael was a Managing Director at RW Pressprich; Institutional Broker/Dealer, where he served as Head of Structured Products Sales &
Trading. Michael overseas all aspects of Tru Habitat’s business, including acquisitions, approvals, construction and business development. Mike is married to Becky Elfant and has two children, Avalena & Mason. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree with a dual-major in Finance & Management from
Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
